7. Requisitos:
8. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (Postgraduate in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Projects is a plus);
9. • Considerable experience in Maintenance Management roles;
10. • Experience in change management and driving performance improvements;
11. • Knowledge of Lean, WCM, and Industry 4.0 tools;
12. • Proficiency in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment;
13. • Knowledge of safety, environmental legislation, and Volvo Group values.
14. Atividades:
15. • Lead the Maintenance Engineering team and drive team development;
16. • Ensure machinery and assembly line functionality using Professional Maintenance (PM) methodologies;
17. • Optimize spare parts and equipment systems to meet plant needs;
18. • Actively engage in global maintenance networks and align with global strategies;
19. • Manage Maintenance KPIs and ensure alignment with plant priorities;
20. • Develop maintenance plans and implement best practices;
21. • Oversee preventive maintenance with a focus on Early Equipment Management (EEM);
22. • Support Manufacturing Engineering with technical solutions for new projects;
23. • Lead problem-solving initiatives and promote continuous improvement;
24. • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
