  9. What You’ll be Doing
  10. The candidate will provide customer service with a standard of excellence, courtesy, empathy, trust, assertiveness, and a focus on solutions. He will work in the after-sales area handling tickets and maintaining the customer portfolio.
  11. During a Typical Day, You’ll
  12. • Maintaining the client portfolio (after-sales)
  13. • Identifying new business opportunities
  14. • Explaining how it works: Prices, deadlines, conditions
  15. • Explaining the product specifications
  16. • Handling complaints, concerns, financial and payment information, delays, etc.
  17. What You Bring to the Role
  18. • Proficiency in the Office package (especially Excel)
  19. • Ease of performing multiple activities at the same time
  20. • Great written and phone communication skills
  21. • Ability to work as part of a team
  22. • Analytical profile
  23. • Good at mastering tools and typing
  24. • Adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment
  25. What You Can Expect
  26. • Wage: BRL1.650
